A few years ago, I would never have thought that I would live to see this change in the law in Appenzell Innerrhoden.
I bet from experience with the neighbouring canton that AI will ignore the law.
What’s the point of having a new law when there’re no plans for enforcing them? Just look at the “banned” smoking in train stations.
