    Do you think the UEFA screwed up with this new format?

    Just for comparison: We’ve had 5 games with 4+ Goal difference yesterday.

    Last year we had 4 games with a 4+ Goal difference across the whole group phase

  10. Every predicted lineup I see suggests that Palhinha will play instead of Pavlovic tonight. But I ask myself why that would be the case? The argument “Palhinha knows Villa because he played against them” is nonsense. Several videos are watched before the game and the important stuff is presented to the team before the game. Every player will know the important facts about Villa then. I even question the value of letting a player play just because he played against the team beforehand.

    Another argument would be that we are expecting Villa to attack us heavily and we can not force our dominant playstyle onto them. But I guess when we are able to disable Leverkusen, we will be able to disable Villa with the same players too.
