   I’m not sure coliving weighs *that* much in the housing prices.

2. That’s one way to say that singles can’t afford to rent/buy their own place and need to turn to coliving

3. 3 bedroom flat means three childless couples. Six salaries should be enough to pay for it, no?

4. Quite honestly I think people buying a second property and renting out their apartment for example has much more to do with this. I have seen many cases of this already.
