Łódź seems to have both [Mediamarkt](https://mediamarkt.pl/pl/product/_odtwarzacz-multimedialny-google-chromecast-40-google-tv-1441559.html) and Mediaexpert. I’m sure you can find a Google tv dongle or similar in there
Edit for a link. I have the thing myself. It is nothing fancy, but it can stream most things just fine and you can also connect a vpn to it
