   Think I got the same event. This was all completely visible with the naked eye.

3. Seemed to totally peak for about 20mins at around 00:30, pushing 1600 nT of geomagnetic activity, just glad my breitling automatic is still ticking with all that electromagnic stuff jizzing all over the ionosphere.

   Big bonus was that the half-moon set around 23:45 allowing the stars and whotnot to flourish in clear skies. That 20mins saved paying for a trip to Iceland anyway to sample $15 bottles of beer.
