Does anyone take this Moller’s cod liver oil? I just saw it online and I’d like to know if the vitamin A and D are natural or if they’re added to the oil?
I’m not able to tolerate synthetic vitamin D and some companies add synthetic vitamin D and A to their cod liver oil, which would be similar to taking a vitamin D supplement (which I cannot tolerate). I’d appreciate answers

It’s fish oil made out of cod liver.
Why don’t you ask the company? I personally wouldn’t trust my health to randos on reddit.
Tran, gelatin (storfe), fuktighetsbevarer (glyserol), vitamin E, antioksidant (tokoferolrik ekstrakt), aroma, vitamin A, kolekalciferol (vitamin D).
Looks to be added, no? Don’t listen to people on reddit. Including me.
It’s added. It’s the biggest scam. 99% of cod liver oil has added vitamin D from sheep wool, because they destroy the real vitamin D by boiling the oil during processing.
I’m yet to see a scientific study that doesn’t say it’s a useless snake oil product anyways…
Am I crazy or are Norwegians polite and kind? If I posted this in a German sub, I’d be riddled with insults, weird sarcasm and mean language, including anti-foreigner comments when they figure out I don’t speak the language fluently. Hmm….
It’s added, as it seems from the ingredient list.
May I ask what happens if you eat synthetic vitamin D?
