  1. If they don’t include the metric for “inflation,” I’m just going to assume the data was manipulated in a way to affirm whatever the chart is trying to prove (ie wages are up compared to pre-covid, wages are down compared to pre-covid)

  2. This is good to note for general literacy.

The devil is in the details in terms of how inflation is actually calculated and adjusted for, though.

A good example of a critique of economists’ typical inflation calculations is/was the Cost of Thriving Index.

The economics profession was captured and corrupted a long time ago by parasites/kleptocrats, and in general mainstream economists provide propaganda and ideological cover for brutal exploitation, corruption, deliberate mis-education, and oppression by our ruling parasite/kleptocrat class.

So it’s important to take mainstream economists’ “inflation” adjustments, like all the thought-terminating bromides of their profession/cult, with many, many grains of salt.

Like our political and economic systems, the economics profession is badly in need of a 21st century, anti-kleptocratic sea change.

  3. Still the same guy using multiple fake accounts to push his mediocre sub, report button not working for me, would anyone be so kind
