4. Just a reminder that the entirety of the Ukraine mission for Starlink is run by the DOD now. They have constantly commented that Starlink and SpaceX have been working with them to isolate the trouble terminals and remove them as requested.

   Musk’s politics are bullshit, but with the DOD literally embedded within the organisation, for Musk to be feeding terminals through to Putin etc, it would require literally thousands of workers, intelligence operatives and members of the military to be complicit, stupid or both – which I highly doubt.

   Instead what has been confirmed to be going on is orders to secondary friendly nations are then being moved on to Russia. The connections at the front lines are working based on the hexagonal grid that Starlink uses to ‘turn on’ coverage, allowing for front line use. If you turn off the grid, you cut connection to valid Ukrainian uses.

   There is absolutely work going on to identify and entrap the Russian’s using the dishes. I have zero doubt that Gwynne Shotwell, President of SpaceX and literally the most badass woman in the industry, is working with her partners in the DOD (She sells them launches, coverage and products and has done so for the entire existence of SpaceX), to find a solution.

   I’d even bet that Musk is too, as his own interests (Moon, Mars, Tesla etc) are all tied to the US, so acting against the US would be ridiculously self sabotaging and obvious. I.e. Very easy to track, prove and so on, especially considering how much scrutiny the man is under anyway.

   Don’t fall for the obvious hateclick farming.

7. I fully believe Elon’s “If Harris wins, I’ll be in jail” comment from the other day was a conditioning for the idiots in the audience to get outraged once this story starts coming out more and more. Fuck Elon Musk.
