In his first term, Donald Trump frequently threatened to leave the NATO alliance. Now as he runs again, many believe that he might really do it in a second term. This video explains how Europe still relies on the US military for its defense and how a sudden withdrawal by the US would leave them vulnerable.

  4. Trump is the big brother in the family telling the young brother to grow the fuvk up and learn things to protect himself from the bully across the road but the young brother is fixated on just making his appearance and wealth and exploring his vulnerable , aesthetic side !

  5. Trump may be a grifting, narcissistic criminal, but as the saying goes "Even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile." I'm of an even more extreme opinion, that the US completely shuts down most US military bases on foreign soil, reallocating both those troops & materiel for solely domestic defense. If part of our military's responsibility was to protect our borders, maybe people would shut up about rampant illegal immigration…

    The actual counter argument in this video of "Trump doesnt understand because the us just has a bigger military and thats why it costs more" is such a bizarre statement. Like duh the us has a bigger military, but its because of how much they spend!

  13. Actually, even if Harris won, and Russia would invaded a Nato member, i don’t believe that the American people would allow our government to send troops to that nato member anymore. We ate done with wars.

  17. Turkey's 2024 gdp: 1100B$, turkey's 2024 defense budget: 40b$, meanwhile this dude says in 6:46 that turkey has spent 2% of its gdp on its defense while math says its 3.6%

  19. Europeans are becoming more and more anti-NATO. We definitelly need to leave NATO and create our own European armed forces. NATO is just an American wet dream at this point.

  23. The fact that European countries spend more on weapons has nothing to do with Trump, only with the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

  24. What Trump does not get and i seems you don't get either: 1. A lot of this fancy equipment the US "provides" to Europe is bought and paid for by europeans fueling US economy.
    2. The US basically forced its NATO partners into a bloody conflict in the middle east. Europe paid plenty in blood and money. One might argue most terror attacs and subsequent deaths in europe result from this involvement.
    3. You stated "more military aid to ukraine" but do not state general funds for military and medical equipent/ funds in general and i am pretty sure you do that on purpose (shame on you).

  25. Diplomacy? Finally! The US being the boss of NATO is why there is war in Ukraine. European nations didn't want this war. Now that they are knee deep in it because US pushed them, they don't even remember when they didn't want it. Now they are acting like it was them who wanted it. They need to get back to basics, get back to when we didn't want the war and use diplomacy! Let the US leave and behave less like arrogant warmongers influenced by US and return to their own norms and morals

  26. Insane coverage. Search Party do point out a important key that the preparedness of the young people to fight in Europe, and even Korea and Taiwan is quite weak. It is a dangerous thing

  30. With the rising importance of the South china sea, the straight of Malacca and the indo-pacific region NATO must understand their geopolitical strengths and responsibilities.
    Australia and the United States are the only members who can get ships and troops in the region in a timely manner with shorter supply lines.
    USA combined with the help of Japan, Korea & Singapoore must focus on the pacific region, while Europe focus on itself
