  1. There were a few questions about having to re-file for ssdi. How many years after beginning do you have to do this?

  2. My husband was on SSDI before he passed away. Will that affect the percentage of survivor benefits I could potentially receive?

  3. How is it that when I first applied for disability I had all my quarters paid in and Medicare paid in full, but they denied me and my lawyer didn’t want to take it to the Appeals court he made me refile over then they say I had a break in service so I received SSI instead of SSDI what happened to my quarters that I paid in thank you

  4. Ex-wife might be disabled so the money would go to her alone. If husband makes very little money she would pay child support according to what that state allows. But not turn over all of it I imagine since it is for her care.

  5. I RETIRED AT AGE 62 ERLY RETIREMENT.. AGE 63. I MARRY A WOMEN OF AGE 62. SHE NEVER WORK . NOW I M 68 AND SHE IS 67 .CAN SHE COLLECT SPOUSAL BENEFIT . WE MARRIED AFTER ONE YEAR OF MY RETIREMENT .

  6. Hi Dr.Ed. Sir, SS woman said within 2 weeks I should have my letter approval or denial for My Spouse who died last June 11h. None came. When I call anyone Most all say they cannot find me. I pushed it more with last call she said to give until 20 more days..Working days. Nov. 2nd. And that every time I call and a not e is sent regarding my case It gets Pushed Back more. I disagreed . She was Rude Knew Nothing about the benefits from age 59-60. I explained most of you workers do not.. I need to into the office and Hope I get to see a Supervisor. May I ask? What more can I do? We are hurting so badly. Sad that we Paid into it to for many years & now they Think it’s They are doing US a favor as IF we owe them.. I’m so tired.. so sick of all this. I Appreciate You Sir, so Very Much Please have a God Blessed say🙏🕊
