Zedra, a specialist in active wealth, corporate & global expansion, fund solutions and pensions and incentives has appointed Peter Brown as managing director of its Luxembourg office.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, Peter will oversee ZEDRA’s Luxembourg operations and the local team of experts to unlock new opportunities for the firm’s funds, corporate, and private clients. Working closely with Wim Ritz, Zedra’s global head of funds, Peter will enhance the delivery of end-to-end services to alternative fund managers, driving significant business growth and enhancing service delivery in Luxembourg.

This appointment follows ZEDRA’s recent partnership with Luxembourg-based CreaPartners, a leading corporate, fund, and family office services provider. Peter will work closely with CreaPartners to integrate teams and build a business that delivers fund and corporate solutions for emerging managers and mid-market funds.

Before joining the company, Peter spent four years with a leading fund services provider in Luxembourg, driving growth, improving engagement, and enhancing service delivery. Previously, he held senior banking roles across the UK and Europe, overseeing lending, cash management, and capital markets for institutional clients. He also serves as a Council Member for the British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg, supporting business collaboration and local community engagement.
