1. Well, shooting him in the head was a bit much

   I was under the impression that handguns could not be legally held by the public.

3. Must be well known if the local councillor didn’t condemn the shooter, only the incident.

4. There’s farmland in Tallaght?

5. Trespassing on land where sheep were, dog shot, owner of the dog and the shooter got into an altercation; I guess self-defence will be mentioned.

6. No doubt the “hard life, drink and drugs but turning their life around by doing a fás course” excuse will come into play in the defence
