Turkey should close the Bosphorus to any Russia ships trying to leave again.
According to the article, Moldova-flagged Millenial Spirit was “hit by a Russian ship” – not sure what that exactly means (hit by a ship?), but in fact it was hit by a missile, according to the Romanian news channels (and also to Telegraph.co.uk). Also, most/all of the crew were in fact Russian citizens.
