  1. A better one would have been 16 to smoke 18 to buy cigarettes

  2. 18 year olds might be surprised the army isn’t like Call of Duty if it was reversed, or does that already happen?

  3. Allowed to join the military at 15, not allowed to deploy to an active zone until 18

  4. 15 and 9 months to join the military but can’t serve on operations until 18.

16 to have sex but if an adult in a position of responsibility has sex with a 16 year old that is an offence.

It’s all rather straightforward forward really.

  5. The sex/porn one always made me laugh. I imagine the government looking at a 16 year old and saying “you can do it, but you’d better not open your bloody eyes!!!”

  6. 17 to drive a car. The knife thing came in (along with no longer being able to find bladed-end knives anymore, which were replaced by round-end knives) because of a sudden rise in stabbings mostly in London

  7. You don’t need to be 18 to own a butter knife in any of the countries in Great Britain.

  8. 13 to use Reddit.

No age limit to list age limits in a naive and misleading manner.

  9. You do not need to be 18 to “own a butter knife” that is obviously fucking bollocks

  10. Feel this was made by a kid who wants to carry a knife around…

  11. 14 to go down the pub for a few pints and some ecstasy.

  12. You can legally hit your own children but not another adult.
