    As a German, that’s a *really* low bar, especially before Covid-19 – employees would go to work with fevers, coughs and colds all the time, and apparently this is even worse in the UK? What a circus.

  2. Does the author (you) not understand that this was the case when we were in the EU too? It’s weird to try to hint at this being a Brexit issue. You might as well blame the last 40 years of stagnant wages on Brexit.
