1. I know that everyone’s situation is unique and there are a lot of toxic and dangerous marriages out there but if you are *married* to someone that you have to hide your political views from, you should be looking for an exit strategy.

9. My MIL told my husband that she’ll never speak to him again if he doesn’t vote for Harris. He did, because that’s his choice, but I just as soon go NC with her. You’re going to disown your adult son because he doesn’t do what you want? Insane. No one owes anyone an explanation of who they vote for, regardless of what anyone says or threatens. Ballots are secret for a reason.

22. Voting for Kamala but Julia Roberts is a morally bankrupt and deceptive human being. Her husband Danny Moder was a cameraman on The Mexican, and also married to someone else at the time. Rumor has it that he called his wife up and asked her if he could go out to dinner with her, joking that nothing would end up happening. She ended up wrecking the marriage and destroying that woman’s life. I know Danny is partly responsible as well, and yes, they’re both pieces of dog shit.
