  13. The worst part, our Dutch political skidmark ‘Wilders’ is the posterboy of this article. After decades of the VVD gutting education and healthcare, this fucker wants to continue. NL used to be a knowledge based economy, but is rapidly degrading because of shitheads filling their pockets. And now to fill the treasury to fund their racist agenda, it all continues. Disgusting.

    Anyway yeah, our last government awared insane amount of science credits (whatever you call it in english) for some catholic publications that had as much in common with science as the latest issue of spider man comics. I genuinely don’t know what went wrong for us as species, these lunatics can spew any nonsense they want and 30% of population just takes that at face value. Do the fucking microplastics in the water cause our brain power to deplete? It’s so, so depressing. And of course they would want to cut that money, their voter base doesn’t give a shit and/or doesn’t believe in science at all.

  22. This is a bit more dangerous than the headline suggest. CERN is looking for funding for Large Hadron Collider’s successor, the Future Circular Collider. If Wilders says no the project is most likely dead in the water.

  23. People that vote for them won’t be affected by these cuts, and they can claim they reduced immigration as well since less people will come for work/research.

    Smart, sure it hurts the country, but if you cared about that why would you have voted for them in the first place?
