The colors on the graph are really hard to interpret, why use 3 shades of blue for 3 countries out of 5 countries 🙁
Guess house prices will be going down then. Was planning on buying a vacation home in Greece, perhaps Spain will be a better option.

One thing that I take from this graph is that all European countries represented here with the exeption of Spain were completely stagnating compared to the US.
