   its a win-win-win transaction

   * Ukraine gets extra tanks and armored vehicles
   * Croatia gets newer tanks from Germany
   * Germany’s defense industry expands furthermore into Europe.

   Croatia will now be the 18th country in Europe to use Leopard 2 tanks and will retire its communist era tanks. This will make the European NATO more modern and efficient, and NATO will get more standardized, as from Oslo to Zagreb, NATO armies will use the same tank

2. Is it funded by the russia frozen assets? Im curious what its used for.

3. T-72/BMP variants produced during late Yugoslavia years.

4. Croatia is not just buying Leopard 2s but the latest version the 2A8s. Coming from the M84 tank, that would make any Croatian tanker disoriented.
