With Cubans money, I have zero doubt he could find her if he wanted to, and probably already knows where she is. People like him don’t let things like that go easily, which leads me to believe she has something on him.

The billionaire’s most unforgiving sin is stealing from them even if change in comparison to their wealth. Tell me it’s not a mental thing.
I’m not saying this is what happened with Cuban, but from what I’ve seen with small startups, and even medium sized companies, is they don’t separate the money jobs. Which makes fraud very easy. The same person doing the books, is the same writing the checks, and or doing receivables, etc., etc. And there’s definitely no oversight whatsoever.
Sometimes it’s even a ‘trusted’ family member. Trusted until there’s no money…
