Social Services are embarrassing, I wonder if the person who made the initial assessment has even had any experience of spending time with a baby or infant.
How awful. Mistakes like this are going to cause people to start refusing healthy visits.
I have a newborn with Mongolian Spot that look like bruises and after reading a recent article about a mother put in a jail cell because they thought the spots were bruises I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little anxious about people examining him.
