It’s a joint venture with the VDL, expensive houses and appartments for the rich and 1/4 social hosuing for the city.
Certain parcels were on the market, bought up by the feltes agency for 1,5mio for 5 ares and those resold them for 2,7mio, that was 4 years ago. Don’t how much they’re valued nowadays.
