4. No t64s built bad really. None were shipped in shoddy shape. They were meant to be the best tanks for the best tankers and its no wonder they built and stored them in Ukraine for Ukrainians. To this day I cannot imagine how hard Putin has shit the bed for the former SSRs. He had beyond a golden opportunity, he could have been like a Peter but he chose to immulate the worst of the Mongols and Stalin
