I get this is a dig at Tatar, but why would TRNC even be there? They aren’t party to the convention, it’s a UN thing which usually has strict protocols on who can attend or not and under what capacity. Just because it’s in Turkey doesn’t mean they can ignore protocols (hence Cyprus presence even though they don’t recognise RoC).
