Well actually there was such an accident on the border with Belarus. Man had a passport with a cover designed exactly the same way. Man got lucky a and had only a warning from border control, but also they got him to understand that such a behavior is really inappropriate. And if the next time they’ll see something like these – there will be no warning and much bigger consequences. According to Polish civil law, art. 141 – public use of inappropriate words is punished by the fine up to 1500zł (370$-400$), and if it was used as a way of insulting exact person according to Polish criminal law art. 216, U can finish up in prison up to a 1 year. So basically U are strongly NOT RECOMMENDED to try this.
