Knives are back in fashion amongst kids. I know five teachers that have been in situations where a young person has brought a knife into school in the last year.

What is this obsession with filming negative events rather than intervening (by calling the police).
If you ever witness this, I’m told that this is an area that the police prioritise. They apparently swill get there quickly with a dog team. Seeing the police dog resolve the situation would be a good outcome, I think.
When there are zero consequences for carrying a knife, this is what happens
Hypothetical but I wonder what the law would say if the driver of that car spotted the knife, rammed the person holding it, jumped out (presuming they were knocked over) and apprehended. Technically a deliberate vehicular assault but the defense would be they were preventing a .. possible terrorist attack? Knife rampages are sometimes described as such. I dunno. Thoughts?

I’m glad I live in highland Perthshire with a nice quiet local community whose families have been here for generations and all share a common ethos…. I am acutely aware it’s only a matter of time though when this place is also plagued!
