  38. I have a house in south Florida. Pre presidency I’ve had meals with Trump at mar a lago before (not one on one, but group lunches and dinners). I’m pretty well embedded in the community. I can tell you for a fact that all contractors in the area refuse to do any business for Trump, including any work at mar a lago, without getting paid upfront…the reason being there are so many times where he’s agreed to pay X for a service and then basically paid them 50% of the price and told them to try to sue him if they want the rest (knowing they can’t afford to do that). He’s a total piece of shit.
