    I really realized that what they mean with freedom of speech is the they think they have constitutional right to win.

    Which is why lies are perfectly acceptable to them. Anything other than their success means they are being cheated even if they fail by their own choices.

    It’s been about 4 years and 60 lost court cases (and multiple lost law licenses). If there were ANY evidence, it would have been released by now by SOMEONE on his side of the argument but that simply hasn’t happened.

  20. People seem to forget he said this same shit in 2016 when he won. Even though he won the electoral college, his ego couldn’t handle the fact he lost the popular vote, so he claimed Clinton only won because of 4 million illegals voting for her. He had full Republican control of the House and the Senate for his first two years and created a commission to investigate, and of course they didn’t find a goddamn thing.

  22. I think any 2024 voter fraud claims and attempts to seat alternate electors the Trump camp makes will not be anywhere near as possible as in 2020.

    Mainly, all the people willing to go along with the 2020 lies are in such hot water, they can’t work again.

    Lin Wood, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and Mike Lindell are all either financially ruined over their bogus fraud claims or their legal careers have come to an end. They’re all a cautionary tale. No lawyer or Republican operative worth their salt will want to follow in their footsteps.

    Some of the law firms that represented the Trump campaign in the 60 lawsuits have since said they would not have taken the case if they had known the campaign had no real evidence to present. The firms were told to go to court now, make these filings, and Rudy would provide them the evidence shortly, which of course never happened. Also, Trump’s reputation for not paying or slow paying his lawyers is too widely known. I think his behavior in the other court cases this year showed what a nightmare of a client he is to take on. Better to just decline the job.

    Several of the people who tried to be alternate electors are in legal trouble for breaking the law. They’re out of the picture and no one smart enough would want to jeopardize their livelihood trying to do the same thing.

  23. 13 audits and more than 100 court cases. They found a handful of instances where one person voted two or three times, and almost all of them were in favor of Trump. *Voter* fraud is a non-issue. It’s election fraud that’s dangerous, and republicans are behind 99% of cases discovered.

    The fact that he wants to litigate everything via public opinion is all the proof you need to know he doesn’t have any evidence.

  26. He has plenty of proof, the problem is it’s all proof of election fraud by his side. Fake electors, pressuring GA SOS to create votes out of thin air, falsely accusing election officials, staging an attempted coup…
