Ironically it could go back if either Labour really deliver and don’t fall into the same media traps the SNP did – or, if Scottish Labour distance themselves somehow.
The problem is spotting any mechanism that will cause these changes. Both Parties think what they are doing is working. What is really happening is that the opposition is worse.
In the last 5 years we have had Brexit, Covid, a new war in Europe, and a massive cost of living crisis to name but a few things, who know what’s coming in the next 5 years so a bit early for a 2029 election prediction

I will be genuinely amazed if the polls a couple of months after the general election are anything like the results at the next election!

Drop the socialist LGBT nuclear free paradise and think legitimately about how you can win over centre voters and you will get the mandate.

Right now SNP have shat the bed, Tories have shat the bed and Labour are in the middle of shitting the bed. How any of them are able to turn it around in a meaningful way will be interesting. It doesn’t feel like anyone would win through being preferred, just the least disliked.
