I can’t decide if this is a really trivial bit of bureaucracy, or a major issue that could fracture the EU.
Or, knowing the EU both and neither at the same time.
… Maybe it’s a bit more complex then the EP makes it out to be and the Commission has to factor in multiple things which make it a bit more difficult to do what the EP wants?
