I will always adore her for how she acted at her sister’s official goodbye to the family the day of her marriage. It’s a long story, but her sister married a man she had been in love with for years, but for a lot of reasons both financial and cultural, neither her parents or the country supported the match.
There was an official goodbye where the sister bowed to each parent and Kako. No one looked happy, and then Kako embraced her sister with a huge hug and a smile.
