This song was published, very appropriately on Friday and I think it somehow crystallizes a lot of "typically Finnish" stuff, on a way higher level than the old "no niin" thing, and therefore it would work well on a Finnish for foreigners 303 course.

I'm a bit curious to hear how it resonates with the more international audience of r/Finland.

  1. It’s well done and funny. Is there something more/deeper for me to get as a long-term immigrant than tabloids/newspapers always using comically over-the-top hyperboles of sudden looming weather apocalypses and using goofy terms for this?
