If Oil are taxed extra for the damage they do. Can you imagine what prices for all the good in the world will be. People will go to the street.
If the polluters are paying, oil products for citizens will *still* get more expensive, or unavailable. TANSTAAFL.
Make them pay according to the harm they cause. So big coal will be paying a lot more than big oil. This will encourage more use of at least cleaner energy. But definitely make big oil pay too. Along with large polluting vehicles and animal agriculture
