  1. How is this actually allowed lol gonna be keeping the whole street warm

  2. The bettws one is always massive, people throw any shit on there too.

  3. There’s one near my mams like this on a big green centered around roughly 50 houses. The council took it down last week and 2 days ago they were seen offloading pallets from a van & it’s even bigger

  4. Man created fire thousands of years ago, let’s keep the trend going.

  5. Make sure to really disturb that thing before lighting it, in case any hedgehogs are residing in there.

  6. Look at all the nimbys out to stop bonfire night, always wondered who ‘they’ was.

  7. Unpopular opinion by the looks of it, but it’s nice to see one still about

  8. Bonfire organisers put out a call for wood one year and people dumped piles of rubbish and chairs and sofas. Wouldnt surprise me to see a freezer on it before sundown.

  9. Is this legal?

Looks unsafe especially with the tree and what appears to be a power line.

  10. Oh my dad so enjoyed being called out to these when he was a part-time firefighter…

  11. I lived in Northern Ireland, they know how to do a bonfire, just Google 12 July. They’re a whole different level lol.

  12. When did everyone become feeble.

Go out and enjoy the fire, it’s boring fun , I’m glad to see an old tradition being kept alive.

People get so upset and clutch their pearls ” where are the official organizers”

People hate it when communities do things without permission.

This is how they were all done when I was a little , the whole community got involved, was an opportunity to get rid of scrap wood, entertain children and bring the community together.

Let your hair down have a bit of fun.

  13. Local fire dept will shut this down if you send that pic, multiple broken laws here

  14. It’s tiny, back in the day there’d be like twenty tractor tyres, twenty sofas and mattresses and the milk crates was no ones business 🔥🔥

  15. Laughs as a Welsh man living in Belfast for too long.

That thing looks like some local kids done it

  16. On this day and age that pile of rubbish would sell for thousands as a “modern built new home”

  17. Back in the day, the whole estate would gather all their shit together, and boy, were those some bonfires. You don’t see many like these around us anymore.
