If I recall, you can press it a bit up and turn it towards the left to make it come loose.
At least some similar lights I’ve helped changed you could do that.
Usually you just pull down on the metal part.
Should be a retainer ring ( can just see it inside the metal facia) that comes out with a flat blade screwdriver or knife.
Take that little ring off to get the glass out, use a screwdriver, knife or just your nails if you can manage. looks like its a G4 bulb, the hard thing with these could be to actually get the new bulb in without breaking one of its prongs. Would suggest getting new LED type ones so you wont have to deal with it again:^)
