Spain sent 500 extra troops to join the search for an unknown number of missing people three days after flash floods killed at least 158 people in the Valencia region. Many people are still trapped in their homes without electricity, running water or access to food while authorities have said more storms are expected.

The Spanish government has reacted too late and sent very little aid.
Why "aid distribution"?Why are there no fully stocked Emergency Shelters outside Valencia, when ppls homes are unfit for Human Habitation&will remain unfit for MONTHS!? If roads are "for Emergency Vehicles ONLY", how are so many lay SUVs driving past behind the reporter!?
The privledged few?
The coast guard can check waters up to a couple of kilometers off the coast of the city for people that were washed away to the open sea
