Europe should see those regions as a laboratory/blueprint on how to manage or fail a demographic transition phase… It will be a tough time for them and the whole EU, hopefully followed by normalizing demograpics. But who knows, 30 years is a long time.
EU should upgrade its qualified immigration game. The US and Canada are taking all qualified migrants, and one of the reasons is because immigration there is simply easier. Another reason that should not be ignored is the use of English as a lingua franca. EU better wake up
