  1. Yes, people aren’t aware of this enough. I posted here a post that I received another patients file when I received my freedom of information request and slated for being a liar, as that would not happen. It does and the HSE never, Data Protection office have ignored all my emails asking how did that happen and how is our data stored. The issues that have come to light from CAMHS in Kerry stated that patients file went missing and were not to be found. It is a shambles. That a person’s most sensitive data is not stored properly. It is not the hackers that pose the threat it is the carelessness of the HSE and many of the staff in general. Being under staffed, and over worked are not excuses
