1. I say OPEC finally takes them humiliatingly to the cleaners. Getting one over on Moscow for years of second rate treatment and service should be a cultural value shared across the organization. Show ruthlessness and they’ll begin to understand no one is playing the Kremlin’s games any more. They’re weak, and they will play everyone else’s to our amusement.
