Luxembourg-based alternative asset and corporate services company Centralis has announced the acquisition of Admina Fund Services.

Admina is based in the English Channel island of Guernsey and provides fund administration and corporate services.

Centralis says the acquisition of Admina will boost its presence in the key Channel Islands market, allowing it to continue its growth and global expansion. Admina will enable Centralis to extend its current capabilities to more clients.

“The acquisition of Admina is a significant milestone as we expand our services for our alternative and corporate client base,” Centralis CEO Adrian Foley said in a press release. “Admina will introduce us to the strategically important Channel Islands and enhance our fund administration capabilities. We warmly welcome the Admina team to Centralis Group.”

Centralis did not disclose the acquisition price.

The director of Admina, Christine Whitehorne, added that the Luxembourg takeover will bring the company to a new global network while allowing it to keep its boutique approach.

Centralis was founded in 2006 and today has 16 bases in 12 countries and a workforce of 425 people. It works with alternative investment firms and corporate organisations to provide administrative, global expansion, and governance solutions.
