Billionaire Elon Musk has called German Chancellor Olaf Scholz a “fool” after the collapse of his three-party coalition.

Musk posted in German on X: “Olaf ist ein Narr.”

The sentence translates to: “Olaf is a fool.”

Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX and owner of X, was reacting to a post that said Germany’s “socialist government” had collapsed.

The 53-year-old later confirmed that he intended to call Scholz a fool.

Musk was a major supporter of Republican Donald Trump in his bid to return to the White House. His political views have become increasingly right-wing in recent years.
