I still don’t understand, does the UK not have eminent domain laws where they can force the sale of land needed for infrastructure at current market value, or does this just not apply to land in the two duchies? Why are they paying millions to rent space they have a legitimate need for? Like, just take it and pay them a fair value if it’s a legitimate need, y’all.
