So it’s Austrian tourist kitsch, probably from the 1920s.
“Gruß aus Innsbruck” = “Greetings from Innsbruck”.
It is just a tourist souvenir, by the way. But if it is 100 years old it may be worth something.
Is there any writing on the bottom? It may help estimate the value?
