  1. The roadmenders do what the council pay them to do. Tradesmen will perform near miracles, if you pay for it. Your council doesn’t pay for it.

  3. See how the patches are in straight lines? These are temporary patches after work has been carried out by a utility service (gas/water etc). Another team will come back and carry out a proper reinstatement.
