  2. the court in almost every instance gave his admin favorable emergency declarations, shadow docket wins, stays of stays, and unprecedented new interpritations of laws to greatly expand the presidency. they are as much a branch of the Trump WH and a check against liberal push back

    a great example will be when he declares civil servants all political appointees flying in the face of very strong legislation stating congress’s will for there to be an independent, civil servant workforce. they will rule in his favor even though this would fall squarely inside their “major doctrine” policy

  11. Hahahaha you expect the majority on the supreme court to rule properly on cases? They don’t even care about standing anymore. They threw out chevron which had decades of being the law of the land. They can push this as far as they want probably.
