Copper Drop Gin & Tonic

  1. Brought this back home in summer and finally opened it. Its not one of the best I had but by far not the worst. With only 5 botanicals (juniper, rosemary, lavendel, lemon, orange) its a really balanced gin. Not very strong on the juniper although noticable. Id say the lavender is the most forward but not overly floral. ABV could be a bit higher. With 37.5% its a bit low. 40% or up would definitly make it a little richer in taste.

I really like it, the label is looking great too and I hope ill make the best out of the 150ml I got left.

I think its Cyprus first local gin and I can definitly recommend unless you are looking for that classic london dry taste.

    Giamas!

  2. Ooooh I love gin and will hopefully be back in Cyprus within the next 3 months or so, where did you get this exactly? Haven’t heard of it before

  3. u/raiseurfist u/km130 i didnt forgot you guys when you were saying you wanted feedback. Finally opened the gin. Brandy will follow soon.

  4. Ah, a fellow gin enthusiast! I myself usually reside with the most known (Beefeater, Tanqueray & Bombay Sapphire). Favourite tonic of mine is grapefruit Schweppes. It might seem bitter at first, but it becomes sweeter the more you drink. Throw in a couple of mint leaves to diffuse the bitterness of grapefruit.
