As someone who’s often considered doing this, I do wonder what goes thru their minds in the seconds before. I feel like considering how hard I’ve found it to get close, their life must be absolute dog shit for them to choose to do it so quickly and often with such minimal hesitation. It’s almost like they are an android switching themselves off but the sad fact is they are the exact same living organism as you or me.
I recently saw a memorial photo of a deceased one holding a Perch (fish) with a big smile, I have the exact same photo on my Instagram of myself holding one too, sometimes little connections like that bring it home that we should all be on the same team.

At this point I’ve seen as many Russian soldiers die of suicide than anything else. Christ my heart breaks. Dude probably didn’t have Internet connection, know why the war is happening, indoor plumbing, just sign up to save your country.
