  10. It appears that over a decades-long career, Homan was a police officer in New York, a US Border Patrol agent, and a special agent with the INS before Obama appointed him to ICE. He’s the creator of “separating children from parents” as a deterrent to illegal entry into the US. Obama gave him a Presidential Award for his work.

    Little wonder Trump picked him – twice.
