There are so many legitimate criticisms that we could make of kate, but attacking her looks is garbage behavior.
Wtf is wrong with people. When my late partner was diagnosed with cancer at 37 and we weren’t sharing with people the full extent of his diagnosis, just that he had a problem, people kept making clever comments about unhealthy lifestyle and ageing badly due to being gay etc. Ha, ha, ha, so witty. He died two years later and a woman giving me her condolences told me even then that she’d thought he had a smoker’s face and smokers unfortunately often die young. He never smoked, he loved sports and we cooked our meals ourselves. And even if the assumptions were right, why does anyone think that these thoughts should be shared? To attack people for their looks is so low.
Kate always looks older at these Remembrance events. I think it’s because the stark unrelieved black does her no favors, and of course having to hold a mournful expression isn’t helping in that regard. But why should it matter at all how the woman is aging? Ms. Kaur sounds like a real peach.
Im not a fan of the Waleses but commenting on her looks is disgusting and uncalled for. Like dude…she went through chemo. My mom did that shit twice and let me tell you, its not a walk in the goddamn park.
On top of being garbage behavior, it’s just so fucking dumb. Like I don’t know if she thought the “is she a smoker” bit was funny or what but come on.
This is all really unnecessary. For all women.
I wish we lived in a world where women can just age without the negative commentary. As an older person, I can say with absolute confidence, aging is amazing. Being alive and healthy is an amazing way to be.
I really dislike when someone says something rude and then is shocked most people respond with *why would you say that??* perhaps because commenting on a women’s appearances is generally considered not a nice thing to do and you’re going to receive mixed responses as a result??
I think her comment was gross and I think made to incite a reaction. But some of the comments towards her are also very gross and racist.
Narinder is so vile that she’s now retweeting people saying stuff about how it’s “been confirmed” that Kate didn’t really have cancer. Her fake apology means nothing.

She’s still not feeling guilty and is choosing to deflect by spreading misinformation about Kate’s diagnosis
Every year we get to see these kind of comments on Remembrance. They say Kate looks old, tired, unhappy etc
When I saw her at the last event I was surprised by how youthful and happy she looked. I think the backlash is well deserved, but I know that people say negative things about Kate (and Meghan) to get attention.
