  3. It’s weird how companies do this. I would consider it one plant if there is a single POI. But I doubt there is. So ultimately it’s just multiple plants. That they pretend are one. So they can put out a press release.

    Xcel did this in Colorado. Some of their wind farms are over 20 mi away from each other. That’s not one plant imo.
